PsycReality officially launched in the UAE on January 28, 2025, during Arab Health, marking its first regional expansion. Heriot-Watt University hosted the event, with H.E. Alison Milton, Ambassador of Ireland to the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar, as chief guest. Other distinguished attendees included H.E. Sidney Leon Romeiro, Ambassador of Brazil to the UAE, and Dr. Joanne Hands, President of the Middle East Psychological Association (MEPA). The event was supported by Enterprise Ireland.
